LeBron James agrees to 4-year, $153.3M deal with Los Angeles Lakers

LOS ANGELES -- LeBron James' next NBA chapter will be set in the West Coast.

James will be playing for the Los Angeles Lakers on a four-year, $153.3 million contract. James will try to bring the storied franchise another championship.

Sources: Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee to join Lakers on one-year deals

After snatching LeBron James, the biggest free agent in the 2018 market, the Los Angeles Lakers are shifting to filling out the roster.

The Lakers have agreed to free-agent deals with guards Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Lance Stephenson and veteran center JaVale McGee, league sources told ESPN.

Let's not forget, JaVale Mcgee also agreed to sign with the Lakers. But I'm more interested on how Shaq will react now than JaVaaaaaaaaaaaaalllleeeee McGee is now part of the Lakers family.

Bulls sign Jabari Parker

The Chicago Bulls announced today that the team has signed forward Jabari Parker. In accordance with team policy, terms of the contract were not disclosed.

A Chicago native, Parker (6-8, 250) was selected second overall by the Milwaukee Bucks in the 2014 NBA Draft and has played all four seasons in Milwaukee. During his tenure with the Bucks, Parker appeared in 183 games and averaged 15.3 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.00 steals in 30.7 minutes per game and shot .490 from the field, .352 from downtown and .747 from the free throw line.

Both team are losers in this trade. Long term talo Toronto kahit maglaro si kawhi next season malaki parin chance na di siya mag re-sign after that season. Spurs medyo hindi quality matchup si Demar derozan kay kawhi at remember Derozan became Defrozen everytime he plays against LeBron. Aaaand they're in the same conference again.

Sources: Nets to sign Durant, Kyrie and DeAndre

Free-agent All-NBA star Kevin Durant plans to sign a four-year contract worth up to $164 million to play for the Brooklyn Nets.

Durant will join free agents Kyrie Irving and DeAndre Jordan, who also plan to sign with the franchise. Players can officially sign their contracts starting Saturday.

Knicks to add forwards Randle, Gibson, Portis


Free-agent forward/center Julius Randle has agreed to a three-year, $63 million deal with the New York Knicks, CAA agents Aaron Mintz and Steve Heumann told ESPN on Sunday.

The Knicks followed up the Randle agreement by striking a two-year, $20 million deal with 10-year veteran free agent Taj Gibson, his agent, Mark Bartelstein, said. Gibson, 34, is coming off his second season with the Minnesota Timberwolves, in which he averaged 10.8 points and 6.5 rebounds.

The Knicks also landed free-agent forward Bobby Portis for two years and $31 million, Bartelstein told ESPN. Portis, 24, was traded from Chicago to Washington in February and averaged 14.2 points and 8.1 rebounds for the season.

So sad to see Kawhi leaving the Raps. He could've stayed and built the only team in Canada.
