Here we go... https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/29195428/horace-grant-says-michael-jordan-lied-last-dance-calls-snitch Most NBA legends are dirtbags in some way. Russel, Bird, Kareem, Magic. The list goes on. But they never twisted stories to justify awful behavior. Jordan just wants us to overlook his abhorrence. He just wants us to see his success. I respect his achievements, but never his frame of mind.

Skipped this series. Nakikita ko yung clips kasi pinapanood ng mga kasama ko sa bahay. Very entertaining, not gonna lie. Kaso kontrolado ni Jordan yung narrative. Lahat ng makikita niyo dun approved muna niya bago ilabas. Kinda wish we get a more unfiltered and complete story to see how much of an asshole Jordan really is.

Two-thirds of 2017 is done. Wrestling fans have been spoiled this year with great matches. I've compiled all matches rated 4.75 or higher by WON's Dave Meltzer. 26 matches in all. To put it into perspective, 2016 had 16, 2015 had 10, 2014 had 13, 2013 had 9, 2012 had 5 and 2011 had 2. We still have 3 months to go. Styles It's absurd that most 4.75 matches won't even make it to 2017's top ten matches as we've already witnessed four 5 star matches and another four that broke the ratings system, all delivered by NJPW. They are having their best year ever in terms of match quality as they also own 13 out of 18 matches rated 4.75 stars. Call Meltzer biased, but the NJPW roster and booking never/rarely disappoints unlike WWE, GFW and AAA that constantly displeases and disrespects their audience. NXT cracks it's second 4.75 match, first one was Zayn vs Neville 3 years ago. If you count NXT under WWE, they would tie their 1994 record with three 4.75/5 star matches delivered. WWE arguably has the best roster ever in terms of ring work, all they need is to book smart and develop characters that fans, both hardcore and casual, can invest in. PWG is currently having it's premiere event (2/3 days done, September 1-3), Battle of Los Angeles, so expect to hear new MoTY contenders later this week. Kayo naman. Haha! What's your favorite match of the year so far? Bonus Toni Storm:

Did some digging. https://www.smartertravel.com/2012/04/01/game-of-thrones-exclusive-george-r-r-martin-talks-season-two-the-winds-of-winter-and-real-world-influences-for-a-song-of-ice-and-fire/ GRRM mentioned that close to the wall is like Canada and further north is more like the Arctic. Canadian winters are -15 degrees Celcius on average but can drop to -40 or lower. Kilimanjaro at the base ranges from 21-27 degrees Celcius decreasing to -7 to -29 at the top at night. It can be unpredictable at times. Hof also climbed Everest but failed to reach the summit. He stopped at 6.7 km, peak is at 8.84 km, due to a foot injury. The base starts at 1 degree Celcius and can drop up to -67. The more you know. Haha!
-
If you think it's physically impossible, check out Wim Hof. The madman reached Kilimanjaro's summit after 2 days wearing shorts, just shorts. To be fair, Tormund might be the only one from the group capable of accomplishing the same feat. I'm really happy he survived.

@This_Is_The_End, someone on reddit did the math. Haha! https://redd.it/6uzztg TL;DR it took about 5 days for word to get to Dany and for her to get back to them. Which is about how long it would take for the ice to freeze enough to support the army of wights. Regarding Gendry, The Raven, and the timing of it all, it makes sense. I'm going to assume since they were looking for a lone White that they were not going in a straight line from East watch, they were probably going back and forth in a zigzag (rip rickon) so Gendry running at full speed back to the wall, let's say that took about 4 hours. The trip from Castle black to Winterfell is about 600 miles (a little farther from East watch), a raven going full speed (28mph) could probably make that trip in a little over a day. From Winterfell to King's Landing is about A Thousand Miles according to Cersei in S5E6, so it would be about the same maybe a little more from Winterfell to Dragonstone. So let's say it takes the raven 4 days to get to Dragonstone. Dragons on the other hand, I couldn't find much info about how fast they can go. So for the sake of argument let's say they top out with a rider at about 175 mph. So that's about a 12-hour flight straight to Snow Team 6. So the overall time it takes Danny to get to Jon, is about 5 days. This makes sense considering that they had to wait for the ice to freeze over the lake again. Considering that the ice had to support a huge hoard of wights, the ice would have to be around 8 inches thick. Assuming an average temperature of 10 °F (they're not that far north) the ice would be growing at 1.5 inches per day. This works out to 7.5 inches of ice. Guys, the math works out.

@darktooth, worry about what? Unlike other drugs, it's virtually impossible to overdose. This Much Will Kill You https://youtu.be/vPszR0-vTqc?t=151 You would need to eat 22kg of marijuana to be at risk of death. Smoke it, and the amout required to overdose is comically high. Approximately 680kg of pot within 15 minutes would induce a lethal response which may explain why there has neer been a single documented death to directly linked to consuming too much marijuana. And if addiction is what you're worrying about, check this: Everything you think you know about addiction is wrong | Johann Hari https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PY9DcIMGxMs

It's sad that we still can't have legal cannabis to help Filipino patients in need of it. Myths about weed has been widespread since the war on drugs started. Most Filipinos view it in the same vein as shabu. We could have learned from Portugal. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drug_policy_of_Portugal The drug policy of Portugal was put in place in 2001, and was legally effective from July 2001. The new law maintained the status of illegality for using or possessing any drug for personal use without authorization. However, the offense was changed from a criminal one, with prison a possible punishment, to an administrative one if the amount possessed was no more than a ten-day supply of that substance. In April 2009, the Cato Institute published a comprehensive case study of the decriminalization of drugs in Portugal. Empirical data from that report indicate that decriminalization has had no adverse effect on drug usage rates. However, drug-related pathologies - such as sexually transmitted diseases and deaths due to drug usage - have decreased dramatically. In 1999, Portugal had the highest rate of HIV amongst injecting drug users in the European Union. The number of newly diagnosed HIV cases among drug users has decreased to 13.4 cases per million in 2009 but that is still high above the European average of 2.85 cases per million. There were 2000 new cases a year, in a country of 10 million people. 45% of HI reported AIDS cases recorded in 1997 originated among IV drug users, so targeting drug use was seen as an effective avenue of HIV prevention. The number of heroin users was estimated to be between 50,000 and 100,000 at the end of the 1990s. This led to the adoption of The National Strategy for the Fight Against Drugs in 1999. A vast expansion of harm reduction efforts, doubling the investment of public funds in drug treatment and drug prevention services, and changing the legal framework dealing with minor drug offenses were the main elements of the policy thrust. Note that PH is now on National Emergency because of HIV. Instead of copying what was successful, PNP's Director General Bato opted to go to Colombia to learn about their "best practices" and how their war on drugs was "won". It's been going for more than 30 years and isn't even over yet. I'm not sure if you can call that a victory. Why 'Bato' is in Colombia https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-3fxX3iDGs FUN FACT: Duterte hates drugs, but uses Fentanyl. The madman even said it made him feel he was on cloud nine. Duterte on Fentanyl use: Felt like cloud nine https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qq_P3Yx8NAs How fentanyl is making the opioid epidemic even worse https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BXmyPsqkP44

Adobe: Adobe is planning to end-of-life Flash. Specifically, we will stop updating and distributing the Flash Player at the end of 2020 and encourage content creators to migrate any existing Flash content to these new open formats. Google: Chrome will continue phasing out Flash over the next few years, first by asking for your permission to run Flash in more situations, and eventually disabling it by default. We will remove Flash completely from Chrome toward the end of 2020. Mozilla: Starting next month, users will choose which websites are able to run the Flash plugin. Flash will be disabled by default for most users in 2019, and only users running the Firefox Extended Support Release (ESR) will be able to continue using Flash through the final end-of-life at the end of 2020. In order to preserve user security, once Flash is no longer supported by Adobe security patches, no version of Firefox will load the plugin. Microsoft: In mid to late 2018, we will update Microsoft Edge to require permission for Flash to be run each session. Internet Explorer will continue to allow Flash for all sites in 2018. In mid to late 2019, we will disable Flash by default in both Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer. Users will be able to re-enable Flash in both browsers. When re-enabled, Microsoft Edge will continue to require approval for Flash on a site-by-site basis. By the end of 2020, we will remove the ability to run Adobe Flash in Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer across all supported versions of Microsoft Windows. Users will no longer have any ability to enable or run Flash. https://www.reddit.com/r/programming/comments/6ph49n/adobe_to_endoflife_flash_by_2020/dkp9gui/

WWE has been shit lately. Things might get interesting soon if they book Summerslam right. If it tanks, there's NXT Brooklyn 3. A Fatal-4-Way match is already set for the Universal Championship. Brock may drop the belt since he's declined to re-sign with WWE. His contract ends around WrestleMania 34. Basing from the Summerslam poster, we might get a Triple-Threat for the WWE Championship (Mahal vs Cena vs Nak). Nak vs Cena is set to happen next SD for a #1 Conterder's match. If you're tired of Sports Entertainment and want some good Strong Style Professional Wrestling, check out NJPW's G1 Climax right now (started on July 17). It's a round robin tournament with two 10-men blocks. That means 9 single matches against different opponents just for Kenny Omega. He's on the same block as Okada and their 3rd match is set to happen on August 12.

Agreeing with @This_Is_The_End that this issue is just a product of sensationalism. /r/philippines on reddit are even on this reporting multiple pages they find. FB has over 2 billion users, di nila mamomonitor ang bawat isa. But where was everyone when Daisy Destruction came up? Why no mention about PH being one of the worst places in the dark web? Most Filipinos just join the mob when they know their target is already down.

“I can’t believe that you’ve been visiting prostitutes for sex,” my wife screamed at me. “I’m really disappointed.” “You can hardly blame me,” I answered. “It’s not like I was getting any from you.” “Well, that’s your own fault,” she replied. “You never told me you were willing to pay for it.”
